Devon Branch

 Programme for 2009

As we currently have no Musical Director, the program features visiting conductors and volunteers from the branch.

As we have been unable to finalise all arrangements at the time of writing, it is possible that there will be one or more additional visiting conductors. Details will be available here.

14th February 2009 Linda Hardwicke (from Cornwall) will conduct.
14th March 2009 Debbie Nicholas (from Bath) will conduct in the morning
The afternoon will probably feature one or more local conductors
9th May 2009

Andrew Curtis will conduct in the morning.
The afternoon will feature one or more local conductors possibly Ashley Allerton.

13th June 2009

Steve Marshall (who needs no introduction) will conduct. 

11th July 2009

A Grand Opportunity for those within our own Society to have a go at conducting.

If you would like to conduct our own group, could you please tell Heather, Pat or Sheilah before the day.

This is also going to be a sociable day with a 'Bring and Share' Picnic, hopefully enjoyed in the warmth of a Summer sun!

12th September 2009 Andrew Collis OPEN PLAYING DAY.

Another excellent day of playing awaits us here as we remember from last year! Once again we will invite players from adjacent branches to come and join us.

10th October 2009 Sylvia Davis who comes from Bristol where she both plays and sometimes conducts. She has visited us before when she provided an interesting and varied programme for the day.
