Moira, co-founder of SRP Suffolk Branch, is a member of the panel of visiting conductors. She is Training Coordinator for the SRP and has introduced workshops, for which she runs conducting and theory days. She is musical director of The Orwell Connection, a community choir in Felixstowe. Programme: Massed playing with Moira Usher to start and end. Parallel sessions, easy to difficult. See the programme.

Conducting workshop: led by Moira Usher.

Performances by: the Scottish Recorder Orchestra and Flauti Animati Scotica

Shops: The Early Music Shop, Recorder Music Mail, Hawthorns Music and BonsorMusic.

The Scottish Recorder Festival started in 1985 and has taken place nearly every year originally in Alva, the home of Hillfoots Branch. It is organised by other Scottish branches in rotation. Since 2004 it has moved to other locations and in 2007 is organised by Edinburgh Branch.
