“The Young Rockorders” are a new group which
started in January and meet once a week: Thursday 4.30-5.30 at St Asaph VP
infants school, St Asaph, North Wales.
We welcome children
aged from 8 upwards
with some previous experience of playing the
instrument.
There is a £4 session fee. We currently have members playing garklein, sopranino, descant, treble, tenor, and bass but are looking particularly for good descant players and trebles/tenors.We play popular pieces, film and TV themes as well as classical and baroque music. The children are involved in the running of the group, making suggestions about music choices, concert venues etc… and most recently decided on the name for our group!Further details can be
