Remembering Theo Wyatt

Following the death of Theo Wyatt there will be no funeral as his body was accepted for medical research as was his wish. However there will be a celebration of his life on the afternoon of Sunday October 29th at Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall, Surrey to which anyone who knew him would be very welcome. If you would like to attend just send a note to Theo’s family on twyattevent2017atgmaildotcom  or ring 020 8540 2708. Theo’s family would also like to thank all those who have sent kind words and the wonderful comments that have appeared on a variety of formats.

  • I too owe to Theo and Kitty a debt of gratitude for the heaven on earth that is the Irish Recorder and Viol Course – and also to Cristl who first encouraged me to have the courage to attend. But I never ever plucked up the courage to play a descant recorder within Theo’s hearing!

  • I have a great deal to be grateful to Theo for his wonderfully constructed music weeks for recorder, and later recorder and viol, at Termonfeckin, Ireland. It opened up a vista of music that I had always longed for since I was in my teens.
