We meet at Friends’ Meeting House. Handside Lane, Welwyn Garden City on Saturdays from 2.30pm to 5.45pm, with a tea break at 4.00.
Music is supplied for all meetings. If you are interested in recorder playing, and would like to find out more about us or consider becoming a member, please contact the Secretary for further information, or just turn up at a meeting with recorder(s) and a music stand, and introduce yourself.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions to the Society’s Central Fund (which includes the magazine subscription) have increased again for next year. Our rent for the Friends’ Meeting House also increased during this year, so another increase in Branch subscriptions is necessary to cover these and general running costs of the Branch. Rates will therefore be: £37.50 Full, £55 Household, £20 Student (in full-time education) and £20 Associate (full member of another Branch). The charge for attendance and tea will remain at £1, 50p for students.
Please consider adding a donation to the Society’s Walter Bergmann Fund which assists the development of young recorder players.
