The Eastern Recorder Orchestra (EROS) was started in 2007 with the aim of giving more competent players of Grade 6 and above (or equivalent) the experience of playing music written or arranged specifically for recorder orchestra. There are about 30 members in the orchestra who come from all over East Anglia. Conducted by Moira Usher the repertoire extends from 14c to 21c (Renaissance to Jazz) and the orchestra performs concerts in June at the end of each season.
