At the suggestion of some members of the Northampton Recorder Group, we have decided to run this workshop day as the Knuston Hall Recorder Weekend is unable to run again this year. The day will involve a number of the activities that we usually on the weekend, but on a smaller scale.
We will include mass ensemble playing, smaller ensemble playing, a workshop to further develop an area of technique or music interpretation and a double choir performance. All in one day!
We will be able to provide some of the music in advance if you wish to look at it before, please email us a request for this.
The day will be suitable for different levels but we regret that it is not suitable for complete beginners.
Please bring recorders of different sizes (where possible), a music stand and some lunch. Tea and coffee making facilities will be available.
