Our programme takes you from England, across the channel to France, over the alps into the Austro-Hungarian Empire, south to Italy, taking in Venice, and then back home via the Mediterranean.
Composers include William Williams, Telemann, Vivaldi and Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre.
Sounds Historical are a period instrument ensemble featuring Heidi Fardell and Mary Tyers (recorders and baroque flutes), Alison Kinder (viola da gamba) & Lynda Sayce (theorbo)
