A packed programme, just one hour long, of works featuring recorder (with other instruments) by Hotteterre (Premiere Suite), Handel (Sonata in F), J.S. Bach (the concerto for three recorders) and by the late Alan Davis; performed by guest recorder players (former pupils of AD) and current students at Chetham's School of Music; drinks reception beforehand open to all; performed in the historic Baronial Hall and continued in modern Carole Nash Hall (within Stoller Hall) at Chetham's.
