Pop-up recorder ensembles and orchestras for all ages and levels on Saturday 13th April, as well as solo masterclasses, workshops and professional concerts.

On Sunday 14th April, we are running youth recorder workshops with Sarah Jeffery, as well as a Festival Jamboree Concert with a new piece written for the occasion by RBC student recorder player-composer, Riko Suzuki.

This concert is an opportunity for massed players, including local school children, teachers and keen amateur players of all ages from across the UK.

In addition to all the official events, we will have a lively programme of foyer music, too - we have opened this to any groups who would like to play. Alongside our Festival events we are also welcoming ERTA (UK) into the building for their conference, as well as outreach workshops for families, with renowned recorder player and educator, Lou Bradbury of Little Notes.
