Rehearsals are every second Wednesday 7.15-9.30pm. There is a short break around 8.30pm.
Our rehearsals take place at Sherbrooke Mosspark Parish Church in Dumbreck on the southside of Glasgow.

The Glasgow Recorder Players perform at a number of venues in and around Glasgow. This is not a compulsory activity, members volunteer to do so, but we find it is a good way of publicising the instrument. We have performed in the Burrell Museum, Kelvingrove Art Gallery as well as a large concert in Sherbrooke St. Gilbert’s.
We also have a smaller, more informal group called the Kinmount Players, that meet every second Monday evening at a member’s house. They perform gigs in local more intimate venues around Glasgow with a view to introducing a wider audience to the range of instruments.
The Scottish Recorder Orchestra
Some members of the Glasgow Recorder Players are also members of the Scottish Recorder Orchestra. The players gather from all over Scotland, from as far north as Inverness down to Glasgow, Strathclyde, Edinburgh and the Borders.
