NB: Parking on Chapel Lane causes problems for residents.

Public Transport

There are frequent buses Nos. 252, 253, 255 from Piccadily Gardens which is about 1/4 mile from Piccadily Railway Station. 23 minutes journey.

There are also frequent trams (heading towards Altrincham) from the City Centre, Piccadily, Victoria, Oxford Road railway stations & Piccadily Gardens Bus Station. Passengers alight at Stretford.

If you arrive by train, we recommend you use the tram all the way.

By Car

From Motorway Junction 7

Keep left at roundabout

First right into Chapel Lane

From the City Centre

Travel south down Stretford Road.

Continue past the Stretford Arndale and the tall block of flats at the roundabout.

You cannot turn right into Chapel Lane.

Make sure that you are in the outside lane before the roundabout, and turn right into Barton Road
